FAQs

How do I choose the right size?

Try measuring the circumference of the widest part of your palm (excluding the thumb), then refer to our size chart to find the right fit. If you’re between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one.

Are these heated gloves good for winter outdoor activities?

Yes. These gloves are designed for winter outdoor activities like skiing, snowboarding, cycling, motorcycling, hunting, hiking, winter dog walks, and work outdoors.

If your hands get cold easily in winter, they’re a great choice for staying warm, comfortable, and ready for whatever winter brings.

How long does the battery last?

With the battery fully charged, runtime depends on the heat setting:

  • High: 45 °C (113 °F) — approximately 2–3 hours
  • Medium: 40 °C (104 °F) — approximately 4–5 hours
  • Low: 30 °C (86 °F) — approximately 10–11 hours

Actual runtime varies with ambient temperature, heat setting, battery condition and usage.

How do I use the heated gloves?

Step 1: Charge the Battery — Fully charge the battery before first use.

Step 2: Insert the Battery — Connect the battery to the plug inside the battery pocket.

Step 3: Turn On the Gloves — Press the power button to turn on the gloves and adjust the temperature.

Step 4: Turn Off the Gloves — Press the power button until the indicator light turns off.

Note: If the gloves will not be used for a long time, please remove the batteries from the gloves.

How should I care for my heated gloves?

For better safety, hand washing is recommended, and the battery should be removed before cleaning. If machine washing is necessary, place the gloves in a laundry bag. For more detailed cleaning instructions, refer to How to Wash Heated Gloves.
